Free Reads in pdf

I'm slowly making my way through the free stories I've written for the newsletters, coverting them into pdf files and uploading them onto All Romance E-books and Goodreads.

I've done four so far. You can find the ARe downloads here.

New Acceptance

Amber Allure have just accepted Written Request to be the third book in the pushing the envelope series. Click on the random pretty pic to read the blurb.

This is the second post for today, so please keep going down.

2011's Charity Book

Last year, I pledged the royalties from Gay Friendly to Ty Hafan Children's Hospice.

This year, the royalties from Touching Wood will be going to ALSO Out Youth, based in Florida USA. I'm making the donation as part of the Goodreads M/M Romance Group's fund raising drive.

Click on the pic to find out more about the pledge, and to catch up with how well Gay Friendly did for Ty Hafan.

Stay tuned, I should be back later today with at least one more post!

Coming Soon - With a Kiss

Six months (and 14 interim projects) after I started it, I've finally sent With a Kiss in to my editor at Resplendence Publishing.

It's a 75,000 word MM, BDSM, Paranormal re-write of Sleeping Beauty and it's due to be released on October the 19th.

While it's the 60th project I've subbed, it's also only my second full length novel. I'm both super excited and nervous at the same time!

Here's the blurb:

When Liam Bates volunteered to visit lonely patients at his local hospital, he expected them to be able to talk back when he chatted to them. But, when he’s assigned to visit a comatose man, he soon finds himself spilling out his whole life story in an effort to fill the silence. It’s not long before the peace and comfort he finds in the man’s hospital room becomes Liam’s refuge from an increasingly hostile world.

Vampire Marcus Corrigan has been trapped inside his paralysed body for over three years, unable to communicate with anyone. The chatty young man who visits Marcus quickly captivates him, and Liam’s softly spoken words soon have him determined to rescue the boy from his current life, but, unable to move a muscle, all Marcus can actually do is lay there and listen.

There’s only one thing that can wake up Marcus. There’s only one thing that can save Liam’s sanity. Everything is about to change for them both, and it will change with a kiss.

Please note: This story centres around a relationship that incorporates elements of BDSM. It also includes references to an entirely separate relationship which contains violent and abusive behaviour, perpetrated by a secondary character.

Instead of a News Letter

Hi Everyone

My newsletter is going to go off line for a little while, while I sort a few things out.

Hopefully it will be back soon, new, improved and in a different format. In the meantime, all my news will be appearing on this page and on my blog.

The winner of the last newsletter competition was Josie - please e-mail you choice of e-book Josie!

In the meantime, you can click on the pic below to go to my latest news page on my website and see some lovely new cover art!

Updates will be posted as they happen here and on that page until the newsletter is back up and running.

*Hugs*

Kim Dare.

Not Quite September...

Just a quick note to say that my newsletter will be delayed a few days this month. I'm right in the middle of the final pre-submission edit of With a Kiss and I'd really like to get it done before turning my attention to anything else.

Will be back again in a few days - at which time I might actually be ready for September to start!
